Important Employee Info for 2013

Health Savings Accounts – new limits for 2013
Annual contribution limits (includes all contributions by employer and employee elected) have increased slightly for 2013.  Those with individual plans may contribute $3,250.  Those with dependents covered may contribute $6,450.  Employees 55 or older may contribute an additional catch-up amount of $1,000.

401k – new limits for 2013
The elective deferral (contribution) limit for full-time employee 401k accounts will increase from $17,000 to $17,500.  The catch-up contribution limit for employees aged 50 and over remains unchanged at $5,500.
