The Town of Emerald Isle is pleased to introduce Jeff Hall, Assistant Town Planner.

 He holds a Bachelors of Science in Agronomy from NC State University. Jeff is a certified BMP Inspection and Maintenance professional through NCSU Bio and Agricultural Engineering, as well as a Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI) through Envirocert International.  

He began his work in local government in 2008 with the Town of Cary Public Works Department.  In 2016, Jeff assumed a role in the Stormwater Department with the Town of Cary prior to accepting the position at Emerald Isle.

Jeff and his wife, Julie, moved to Carteret County in 2021 after visiting for years. They have two sons, Wade and Wyatt, who keep them busy with sports and other activities. The family enjoys spending as much time as they can on the boat or on the beach.
