PLANNING BOARD/BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Town of Emerald Isle Planning Board/Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Board Meeting Room located at 7500 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request submitted by James Alan Hales for a variance to Chapter 6, 6.4.4 – Design Standards of the Town’s Unified Development Ordinance. The property is located at 112 Bayberry Drive (Tax Parcel 538312970388000). The request is for a variance to the minimum 35% natural area requirement to allow for the replacement of a manufactured home. The public is hereby informed and may attend the hearing. The variance request may be reviewed in the Department of Planning and Inspections, 7509 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
