Separate sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 pm, Tuesday June 25^th, 2024, in the Town of Emerald Isle Town Meeting Center at 7500 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, N.C., at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of the Public Access Walkway Project.

Construction of the walkways will be permitted to occur between September 2024 and April 2025. 

Below is the list of walkways to be replaced:  

1. Conch Court
2. Sea Crest (interior)
3. Elizabeth Street
4. Lee Street
5. 10^th Street
6. Ocean Crest
7. Janell Street
8. Hurst Street
9. 3113 Ocean 
10. 22^nd Street

If funds allow, there units may be replaced as well. 

11. Eagles Nest

12. 15^th Street

13. 19th Street

PHOTO:  When completed, newly installed walkways will resemble the recently reconstructed access at Howe Street.
