Due to a lack of available board members, the Emerald Isle Planning Board/Board of Adjustment meeting scheduled for January 23, 2023, has been cancelled.
The chairman, applicant and staff have agreed to postpone the variance hearing originally slated for January 23 until February 27, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Board Meeting Room at 7500 Emerald Drive.
